How many Cuban cigars can a Canadian citizen bring to the UK?

Canadian friend will come to the UK to visit me and for a reunion with a friend from New Zealand. She would like to bring some Cuban cigars to give to the lady from New Zealand but is not sure how many she is allowed to bring to the UK. Does anyone know the answer or could anyone tell me where to look up information on this? Thanks!
