I’m one of those people who refuse to have a credit card. However there are no local tobacconists that sale a decent cigar.
i know that money orders and checks are acceptable but only in a very few places. i guess i had my heart set on paypal. but im pretty sure there are legal issues with paypal and the sale of tobacco or alcohol.
